This muffins are simply delightful! One recipe yields eight muffins. (Sorry I don't have pictures, I didn't want to bake something I couldn't eat at the moment.) Rest assured, I have tried them several times before, and as many people can attest, they are simply to die for.
Blueberry Muffins to Die For

Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. (Don't forget this step, it really saves time later.)
- Grease or line 8 muffin cups.
- Combine the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl.
- Pour the vegetable oil into a one cup measuring cup. Add the egg to this cup, and pour in enough milk to fill the cup.
- Mix together wet and dry ingredients.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Fill muffin cups mostly to the top, but do not overflow!
- Mix together the extra sugar, flour, butter, and cinnamon with a fork, and sprinkle generously over the muffins.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Enjoy your cups of delicious blueberry goodness!
